Retail Sales

Orders valued at over £200 will be carriage free.
UK Postal £2

Delivery charges will be included with your online payment.

(International orders may be subject to an import Duty & possible Sales tax at point of entry, these charges are the buyers liability and must be paid buy the buyer.)

Trade USA

Orders valued at over $350 will be carriage will be $10
Orders under $350 will be carriage will be $25

Trade UK

Orders valued at over £200 will be carriage free
Order Under £200 will be charged £10

Trade Europe

Orders valued at over Euro 0 will be carriage will be charge shipping at cost

Minimum Opening Purchase Order Values (Related to Trade Accounts Only)

For UK Trade clients the minimum opening order value is £200

For USA Trade clients the minimum opening order value is $350

Order Amendments or Cancellation

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of your order and as a result we cannot amend or cancel an order once it has entered our system.

Payment Terms (For Trade Clients)

Trade Customers: All opening orders are on a Pro-forma basis, all subsequent orders may be settled 30 days date of Invoice, subject to approval of your trade and bank references. Please submit 2 trade references & a bank reference with your opening order.

In the event of late payment the company reserves the right to charge the customer interest (both before and after any judgment) on the amount unpaid, at the rate of 3 percent per annum above the National Westminster Bank PLC's base rate from time to time, until payment in full is made.

The Company utilises the services of Logic Group PLC and may, from time to time, use the services of similar agents to collect outstanding debts. Should the services of such an agent be required, a surcharge of 20% will be applied to all accounts. Any fees incurred in respect of any legal action will also be the responsibility of the Customer.

Title to the goods shall not pass to the customer until the company has received in cash or cleared funds the price of the goods and all payments due to the company.

Method of Payment (For Trade Clients)

We accept payments by the following methods:

  • Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
  • Swift bank transfers.
  • A UK pounds Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank.
  • A US dollar cheque is accepted for US Dollar Invoices.

Credit Card Security

All Credit Card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Goods Delivered Damaged or Faulty

Goods delivered in a damaged state or faulty in some other way should be carefully repacked and forwarded to the address below. If you are an American Trade client, please forward the item to your local representative.

You must notify us in writing within working 2 days of receipt of goods, claims will not be valid after this time.

The company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage , negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the company's instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without the company's approval.

Returns Policy (For Web Retail Sales Only)

We offer to you the assurance that if you are not completely satisfied with a product bought from our online store, then you will receive a full refund on receipt of the returned goods.

The only conditions are:

  • That both the goods & packaging must be in a resalable condition.
  • The original sales receipt is enclosed with the returned goods.
  • The goods reach us within 14 days of sale.

Liability

The company shall not be liable to the customer or be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the company's obligations in relation to the goods or the service, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the company's reasonable control.

Addison Ross do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option.
