We're on the lookout for a Creative Marketing Intern to join our fast-growing team at Addison Ross. Based in Parsons Green, this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creative marketing, working closely with our Creative Marketing Manager and wider in-house team.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where creativity is encouraged and your ideas can truly make an impact. From social content to product launches and pop-ups, you’ll help bring our brand to life across digital platforms.

This is a 6-month paid internship, with the potential for a full-time offer at the end of the programme for the right candidate.

The Role

As our Creative Marketing Intern, you’ll play an active role in content creation and social media strategy. This is a hands-on, creative role offering a front-row seat to our brand’s growth and storytelling efforts.

You'll gain experience across:

• Content Creation: Photography, videography, editing, and concept development for organic and paid campaigns. 
• Social Media: Supporting channel growth across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn. 
• Digital Marketing: Assisting with email campaigns, website assets, and maintaining our visual library. 

You’ll also help with day-to-day tasks, shoot planning, content scheduling, and data reporting - so organisation and initiative are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team on campaign concepts and content planning 
• Film and edit video content for social and paid channels 
• Create assets for Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and email marketing 
• Support on set during photoshoots and help coordinate logistics 
• Manage and organise image assets and Dropbox library 
• Track and report on weekly performance analytics 
• Assist with social captions, scheduling, and publishing via Sprout Social 
• Contribute to brand partnerships, giveaways, and brochure content 
• Provide admin support and attend/record team meetings 

What We’re Looking For

• A creative eye and appreciation for the Addison Ross aesthetic 
• Confident using a camera (photo and video) 
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other editing/design tools 
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn 
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal 
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities 
• Comfortable working independently and within a team 
• Curious about emerging tools like AI and new digital trends
